Privacy Request

Use this form to exercise your privacy rights under PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA/CPRA (California), or GDPR (EEA). We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests).

Your Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know — Request what personal information we collect, use, and share about you
  • Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Data Export — Receive a copy of your data in a portable format (JSON or CSV)
  • Right to Opt-Out — We do not sell or share your data, but you may still submit an opt-out request

If you have a GigaTime account, you can also exercise these rights directly in the app under Settings → Privacy.

This helps us determine which privacy laws apply to your request.

Submitting this form will open your email client with a pre-filled message to info@gigatime.io. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly. Authorized agent requests should be sent to info@gigatime.io with the subject line "Authorized Agent Privacy Request."

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for submitting a request.
